Rodney Bialkin, CFA

Rodney Bialkin is Principal, Founder and President of Beremco Inc.  He earned his BA Economics at Duquesne University and later was awarded the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst designation.  Rodney held many positions in the financial and investment industry, prior to making a commitment to make the property management business a full time pursuit.   He has been an active real estate investor since the early 1990's, and regularly performs maintenance on the properties he owns.  Rodney is a MA licensed Real Estate Salesperson.  Rodney may be reached by email at rbialkin@beremco.com

Mike Edson, CRS

Mike Edson is Principal, Founder and Treasurer of Beremco, Inc.  He holds a BA Psychology from  Williams College and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  Mike began his career in the insurance and financial services industry, but transitioned to a full time real estate career in 2001.  He is a MA licensed Real Estate Broker who was awarded the Certified Residential Specialist designation for his work in residential real estate.  Mike and Rodney have partnered on real estate ventures since the early 1990's,  in commercial, residential and rehab projects.  Mike can be reached by email at medson@beremco.com and also on his real estate brokerage website at edsongroup.com.
